We went there because of the good reviews, but we're not at all enthusiastic about it.

Good brunch shop Egg Benedict is really good The downside is that the owner is not very kind.

It's a shame that there were only 2 types of different cakes / muffins to choose from. Because of the coronavirus, it would be nice if the trip to this café would be worthwhile with a larger selection of cakes / pastries / muffins.

It's a shame that there are only 2 types of pastries / cakes to take away. Even during the Corona closure, it would be nice if the selection was a little bigger. Otherwise you have no reason to go by. This is a pity.

Super cute café with lots of delicious egg dishes and a lot more. The coffee has the quality of a coffee roastery and when the weather is nice you can enjoy the sun on the terrace for a long time. All in all an insider tip (unfortunately not that secret anymore 😉) in the Nordend on weekends and during the week.

A sign at the entrance says: "Life is too short for bad coffee" - I agree. The coffee was unfortunately not as tasty as I had hoped (and advertised by friends), but I will try it again when I get the chance. The brownie was delicious though.

In the heart of Nordend, a cosy café with a very original and yummy “Karte” for breakfast, lunch or just a quick snack. Their homemade “Schnecke” are delicious!

A nice place for breakfast, which is served every hour, which made me very happy as a late riser. The room is cozy and the menu is extensive. I find the prices for the size of the portions a bit too high. I had breakfast in every café in Frankfurt in a few days and therefore had a direct comparison. Otherwise I liked everything.

The place is pricey but the coffee is amazing and the food is great as well. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, English menus are available, cozy atmosphere, and really lovely staff.

Both my friend and I were disappointed with our breakfast/brunch order. The location is very cute, and I liked the atmosphere. Unfortunately the food was not up to par. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with avocado and Parma ham. While the taste was good, the eggs were not poached well - very undercooked and flat. I don’t really think they could even be considered poached. My friend’s Açai Bowl was very strange - it didn’t look or taste like it had yogurt in it and was extremely watery. The flavor was sour, and the banana was not ripe. It was so strange that neither of us wanted to eat most of it. Maybe the restaurant just had an off day, but we unfortunately can’t recommend.

Food: I had an acai bowl and it was watery, tasted horrible and extremely sour. I have eaten many acai bowls before and its supposed to be creamy. The fruits were very sour and unriped. They also ran out of all kinds of black tea. Ordered two sunny side up and it cost 4 euros. Nothing special. Overall very disappointing. Service: not fast but understandably because the cafe was full. However there was no soap in the toilet and when we asked the waitress to fill it up but she told us that she is too busy. Atmosphere: nothing special, seems clean but very tight and crowded on sundays. Never coming back sadly.

They serve quite tasty eggs Benedict and had also good coffee. Unlike other places, the music was also carefully chosen. For this I will give 4 stars but the staff never smiles and does quite mechanically his job. I believe the cafe is not all about the food and the interior or/and atmosphere but more about the hospitality and warmness, which this place misses.

We live in the neighborhood and can’t recommend this coffee shop. The place is understaffed, but most importantly the coffee was horrible and very watery. Food is average, but nothing special.

Great coffee. Juice is over priced. Also I ordered an eggs benedict (which looks nothing like the one on instagram) and it arrived ages before my husbands açai bowl. In fact I had to start eating because it was cold and the other meal had not even arrived for 10 min after I finished so almost 20 min later

Great place for a breakfast or just a coffee. Unfortunatelly the poached egg in eggs benedict was all done, and club sandwich could use some dressing. But all an all good food. Edit: Unfortunatelly later we learnt that the coffee is no good. It really tastes like its burnt :-/

Foreigners are not welcome in this place, unless they stand an unfriendly and clearly biased service.

Favorite place in town. Ive tried many thing in the menu and have not been disappointed. Very frienldy staff

The decoration and the atmosphere is very nice but... The coffee definitely doesn't taste as it should! We asked to re-do the coffee since the first try was undrinkable but the second one tastes burnt as well... They claim their coffee comes from special plantations, so it must be bartender's fault.... Such a pity
